Due dates
Bills start being generated from day 3. Rent has a five-day countdown; utilities have a two-day countdown.
Overdue bills trigger a payment attempt for a 10% penalty as the daily countdown is processed. The original bill remains until you pay it. Another penalty can be attempted on the next day; the principal itself does not compound.
