Employee XP, wages and boosts
Mechanic
Employees need both the shop-level requirement and employee XP to qualify for promotion.
Experience
XP accrues during qualifying work while the employee is working, has no salary debt and has a valid tier below Pro. It stops at the next promotion threshold.
| Job | XP per counted work second |
|---|---|
| Cashier | 1 |
| Restocker | 1.2 |
| Storage worker | 1.2 |
| Cleaner | 1.1 |
Wages and boosts
Clear unpaid wages before promoting an employee. A boost costs twice the daily wage, rounded up.
Boosts reset daily. Junior speed increases by 35%, Regular by 30% and Pro by 20%; action durations are divided by the same multiplier.
