Customer preferences and restricted stock

Some customers have a special shopping preference or behavior. The shop level and stock on display affect which preferences can appear.

Selection
The tag chance starts at 15% and adds 2.5 percentage points after an eligible failed roll. A successful assignment resets the added chance. Eligible tags have equal weights of 100.
18+ tagged stock is restricted to customers with that preference. Furry customers buy clothing. These are separate checks from the price and budget checks.
